Filing a Complaint
If you believe you have been discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin, you may file a complaint with LifeStyles.
Complaints can be submitted in the following ways:
- Online using the form below
- By contacting the coordinator listed above
- By mail: P.O. Box 1794, La Plata, MD 20646
Once a complaint is received:
- It will be reviewed promptly
- An investigation may be conducted
- A written response will typically be provided within 10–15 business days
You may also file a complaint directly with appropriate state or federal agencies.
