Filing a Complaint

If you believe you have been discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin, you may file a complaint with LifeStyles.

Complaints can be submitted in the following ways:

Once a complaint is received:

  • It will be reviewed promptly
  • An investigation may be conducted
  • A written response will typically be provided within 10–15 business days
