Friends, neighbors, caregivers, single parents and children all experienced her kindness firsthand.

Alongside her husband, Sonny, Frances became a dedicated supporter of LifeStyles of Maryland. Together, they helped provide food, clothing, gifts and essential supplies to families facing hardship.

Frances believed deeply in creating opportunities for others and in strengthening the communities she loved.
