If you live in Charles, Calvert, St. Mary’s or Prince George’s counties and your household income is less than $69,000 a year, our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA) is available to help you prepare your 2025 income taxes. Appointments are available from January 28 to April 15.

In Charles County, appointments can be scheduled online from January 28 through February 28. Those appointments will be held at LifeStyles’ La Plata office. For appointments in March and April, please call (301) 645-1395. Those appointments will be held at the Waldorf West Branch of Charles County Public Library.
