The LifeStyles\u2019 Nutrition Assistance Outreach Program expands our SNAP-approved program. SNAP provides eligible low-income households with a monthly subsidy to help them buy the food they need. An application must be submitted for each household to determine eligibility. Community-based organizations and other entities, along with the local Departments of Social Services, help households apply for such benefits.<\/p>\n

LifeStyles of Maryland Foundation, Inc. is one of the lead agency recipients for the MD Department of Human Services\u2019 (DHS) SNAP Outreach grant contract for federal fiscal years 2025\u20132027 (October 2024 \u2013 September 2027). We are looking for eligible sub-recipient organizations to assist in reaching eligible individuals and families in targeted counties.<\/p>\n

SNAP Outreach grant partners provide the following services:<\/p>\n

All awards require a 1:1 match.
